The results are in for two runoff elections in Satsuma. William Hamblin won the Place 1 race, and Matt Dial won Place 3. Mr. Hamblin was running against Emily Keeney for a spot on the council where the incumbent was not running. Mr. Dial defeated incumbent Pratt Monk to win his seat. The new council members will take their positions later this year.
